I mentioned in a recent post that I had planned on 4 new recipes this week.
Tonight was the first. The recipe is from Julie’s Eats and Treats.
It used 3 cups of the leftover ham. I did use an extra cup of broth and dry Parmesan instead of shredded. But it was delicious with 4 out of 5 of us approving.
I had picked up a loaf of day old French loaf and made it garlic bread. We often are able to find French or Italian loaf for less than a dollar by checking the day old rack.
