I just discovered bullet journaling. If you haven’t heard of it, think of it as a glorified checklist. It can be as difficult or as simple as you want/need it to be. Pinterest is FULL of templates and ideas. I really just need it for the checklist aspect.
I have a page to track my water intake and if I have had my medicine (I’m really bad at remembering to take that). I have another that lists everything I want to accomplish in a day.
You really just need paper and pen to get started. I have a small 3×5 journal and a blue pen that I took from work. Honestly, I felt relaxed just working on it last night.
